About us
We Care is an Erasmus+ project created to support caregivers in learning and applying digital skills. The project focuses on digitalisation in caregiving, helping caregivers use digital tools, technologies, and online solutions to improve daily care practices.
Our goal is to support caregivers by bridging the digital skills gap and enabling the practical use of assistive technologies that improve everyday care and well-being.
Focus on
The project focuses on the effective use of assistive technologies, including wearables and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, to support daily care practices. By enhancing digital readiness and promoting the integration of innovative technologies, weCARE contributes to digital transformation, innovation in vocational education and training (VET), active ageing, and social inclusion.
Our Mission
The mission of WECARE is to respond to the growing need for digitalisation in the caregiving sector by supporting caregivers in adapting to digital change. The project focuses on strengthening digital competences that are essential for delivering quality care in modern social and health environments.
Through training, practical resources, and collaborative approaches, WECARE aims to reduce digital gaps, promote inclusion, and enhance the professional capacity of caregivers, ensuring they are better prepared to operate in an increasingly digital society.
What We Aim to Achieve:
- Improve digital skills and technology adoption in elderly care.
- Strengthen VET innovation and upskilling pathways.
- Enhance social inclusion and active ageing.
- Create a sustainable online platform for ongoing learning and dissemination.
